Location, Audio & Camera
Privacy First: Location, audio, and camera data are processed locally on your device and are NOT transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Location (Compass & Speedometer):
- Used to display your coordinates, altitude, and speed
- Processed locally on your device only
- Not stored permanently or sent to servers
Microphone (Sound Meter):
- Records audio to measure sound levels in decibels
- Stored temporarily during use, deleted when you exit the tool
- Audio data is never transmitted
Camera (QR Scanner):
- Scans QR codes and barcodes using on-device processing (ML Kit)
- Camera frames are not stored or transmitted
- All processing happens locally on your device
Information We Collect
Stored Locally (On Your Device Only):
- App preferences (theme, language, number format, decimal places)
- Cached currency exchange rates (updated every 24 hours)
- Favorite units and conversion history
- Tool-specific settings (step goal, bubble level preferences)
- Ad-free purchase status

- Local preferences: Until you uninstall or clear app data
- Currency rates cache: Refreshed every 24 hours
- Analytics data: ~14 months (Firebase), varies (Mixpanel)
- Crash reports: 90 days
- Audio recordings: Deleted immediately after Sound Meter session
